Designs

Currently we are offering 1 basic detailed design: V4. It is called V4 for simplicity and because we learned a great deal with V1, 2, 3. We have made many mistakes with our previous designs and will describe them briefly in the V4 instructions so you do not repeat them.  V4 is our quest for a reliable, maintainable, high value, and relatively inexpensive e-vehicle for the handy person to build/adapt/manufacture. V4 ("The Family Vehicle") is our first complete design.  Here are the steps to access the design in OnShape:

1.  Click the OnShape button below. 

2.  Login to OnShape with your OnShape userid/password (or obtain these if just starting).

3.  Once in the app, click the OnShape icon ("go to documents") in upper left-hand corner.

4.  Click on the  "Public" source of documents.

5.  Search for "Scottmobile" in the public library of designs, choose version desired.
